I didn't notice your post before. I can't take credit for the lovely poem. I think it was on Prarie Home Companion once. Ah the lutefisk memories. Someone should should really make my 79 year old dad some lutefisk next year just for his sake. He didn't convert of the rest of us......glad you enjoyed it.
